The feedback and suggestions of our active community members is very important to us. Therefore, on the 1st Thursday of each month at Al-Huda South Milwaukee, we are inviting community members to attend our Board Meetings with prior notice.
Details on the procedure to attend the Board Meetings are posted below, and we encourage all active community members to review these details and submit the necessary information to participate in our meetings.
Step 1: Briefly describe the agenda items that you would like to discuss in a few sentences. Please describe the issue in enough detail so we can look into the matter and prepare for the discussion.
Step 2: Email your agenda item and description to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: ‘Board Meeting Agenda’ and specify the Date that you would like to join the meeting (1st Thursday of every month at Al-Huda South Milwaukee)
Step 3: Wait for a response and confirmation that your meeting has been scheduled.
Note: We require a minimum 1 week notice prior to attending the meeting.
